FCE is a direct subsidiary of ECO Gmbh (ECO), which in turn is a direct subsidiary of Ford Credit International (FCI). FCI is wholly owned by Ford Motor Credit Company LLC (Ford Credit), which in turn is wholly owned by Ford Motor Company (Ford).
